Managing Priorities and Time

Do this!  Did you finish that yet?  When can I expect that?Let’s face it, we would all like to have more time and are searching for that thing called balance…right?  Join us for this Class as we teach you how to determine clear priorities, and not just manage…BUT maximize your time!  We will focus our attention on a planning pyramid that allows us to reliably know and understand how we measure importance of work and personal task.  Once we establish this foundation, we will explore the time mangement matrix.
