Visitors to Collingswood enjoy the borough atmosphere as much as residents.

Kevin Richards, of Ocean City, said he makes time to visit Collingswood. 

The 29-year-old, who holds a degree in graphic design from the Art Institute of Philadelphia, said he identifies with the arts culture Collingswood maintains.
