Mechanical CAD Technician
Minimum five years of experience in drafting mechanical systems. Familiarity with ArchiCAD and/or AutoCAD. Experience with drafting various HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and electrical systems. Experience with creating, revising, and maintaining CAD drawings from verbal directions, hand-drawn sketches and existing hard copy drawings. Must be able to work with fundamental geometry and mathematical concepts to understand concept and design.

Energy Efficiency Analyst/Modeler
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to generate energy models for LEED and HERS; complete LEED template submissions; review plans, schedules, and controls design documentation and installation; interact with multiple building design and construction professionals; and author reports and studies; conduct blower door, duct blaster, combustion safety and CAE tests; conduct visual and site audits. The ideal candidate will also have demonstrated interpersonal skills through experience interfacing with clients, engineers, architects and others of varying technical abilities, and must be able to work effectively within a team environment.

Senior Mechanical Engineer and Senior Electrical Engineer
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in finding practical solutions when designing systems for commercial, multi-family, educational, healthcare; new and retrofit projects. Requirements include a degree in Mechanical Engineering. PE licensure and LEED accreditation is a plus. Kitchen & Associates is looking for a candidate with "hands on" design experience in ArchiCAD and/or AutoCAD, experience with design and engineering various types of HVAC systems, energy audits, demonstration of strong client, business and coworker skills and relationships, demonstration of success in managing multiple projects concurrently, and professional writing skills.
