In the first two classes being offered in February Chef Denine Gorniak will show us that chocolate isn’t just for desserts. Chocolate will be used in main courses, salads and appetizers. But for those chocolate dessert lovers the third class this month will be dedicated to learning to make various types of chocolate desserts.
