Welcome Your Soldier Home on Patch

Share stories and photos of your returning military personnel with Collingswood Patch. Let's welcome these heroes home in style.

After nearly a decade, the Iraq war is officially over as of Saturday night. Top U.S. officials have said all military personnel in Iraq will be home by the end of the year. Most will be out by Christmas.

Collingswood Patch wants to know about your loved ones who served in Iraq. Do you have a husband, wife, son, daughter, sister, brother, niece, nephew or cousin that will be coming home by Christmas? By the end of the year? Would you like to welcome them home right here on Collingswood Patch?

Send Collingswood Patch editor Deena DiBacco, deena.dibacco@patch.com, your stories and photos of your loved one who is coming home. If you'd like us to write a story, reach out to Deena. Welcome your loved one home in stories or photos.

America lost 4,500 soldiers during the war. If you lost a loved one during the war and would like to honor that person, we'd be happy to do that as well. Get the information to Deena.

We'd like to run these galleries over the Christmas weekend, so please have all information to Deena by Friday, Dec. 23.
