Join Krispy Kreme at Family Night

Krispy Kreme is hosting a sugary-sweet, family-friendly event that kids of all ages are sure to enjoy.

How about a sweet night out with the family?

This Thursday, Jan. 26, is hosting a free Family Night event from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at its Collingswood location—situated at 1170 Haddon Ave., at the intersection of Haddon Ave. and Cuthbert Blvd.

Staff at the doughnut shop say the event will feature three hours of fun, with prizes and giveaways for the whole family's enjoyment.

In addition to fun and free sugary treats, families can enjoy Krispy Kreme's in-house coloring station, making masterpieces with crayons and coloring sheets provided by the store.

Those who contact Krispy Kreme to R.S.V.P. in advance will be entered in Thursday's  special Family Night raffle. Call 856-269-9255 before Thursday to secure your chance to win.

Owner of Krispy Kreme Collingswood, Brian Zaslow—who runs two other Krispy Kreme locations in Pennsylvania, which will also host Family Nights this Thursday—said his borough doughnut shop was built to be a family-friendly place from the very beginning.

"This is a place where the whole family will be occupied," said Zaslow just before his borough store opened last summer.

Kids can always expect on-site entertainment at Collingswood Krispy Kreme, as Zaslow installed a Kid's Corner, which features books, child-sized tables and chairs, and art supplies.

A favorite Krispy Kreme feature among borough youth? Baker's hats, which the shop gives children to draw on and decorate with crayons.

Quality family time never seemed so sweet!
