The SoHA Arts Building hosts a community of artists who participate in group or solo exhibitions open to the public. The two story building houses painters, chefs, photographers, makeup artists, a candle maker, potters, musicians, jewelers, ceramic artists, business professionals, event planners, and sculptors among the varied types of residents. Everyone encourages and inspires one another. Sustainable creation of works in all mediums is our focus. Currently offering culinary classes, art classes, music classes, makeup and photography classes. We are always adding creative and fun instruction, for artists of all ages, to our teaching curriculum.

Our mission is to foster the creativity and growth of Artists in South Jersey as well as laying the foundation for the SoHa Improvement District of Haddon Township as an arts destination. The overall goal is to incubate talent in all mediums and create a community of artists who can collaborate, nurture and inspire.

The building is anchored by 4,000 sq. ft of stunning rental space comprised of amazing lighting, vintage hardwood and cement floors, 13 foot ceilings and surrounded by glass which compliments the vision set forth to create a grand art destination in New Jersey.

Beautiful Loft Studio Space is available with floor plans starting at only $245 per month. Renovations began in 2011 and include all new construction while maintaining many original building accents. Amenities include all utilities, WiFi, shared kitchen, central HVAC, shared full bath, meeting room, plentiful gallery space, teaching rooms, deep sink wash rooms, 24 hr security, plentiful free parking, website profile addition, on site management, business marketing and event planning and much more.
