Five Things to Do in Collingswood This Week: 2/11/13 to 2/16/13

Love is in the air this week, with classes on cooking with chocolate and writing love poetry as well as how to tap a maple tree in time for sugaring season. Plus: Fiddler on the Roof and knitting to your heart's content.

  7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12—The American Table For $35, The Bicycle Chef, Denine Gorniak, will teach you to work with chocolate as a featured ingredient in entree planning.
