Zesty Cranberry Sauce, with Toasted Walnuts or Pecans Cook Time: Approximately 30 minutes Ingredients: 1 bag cranberries (12 oz) 1 large orange (zested and juiced) 1 lime (zested and juiced) 1/4 cup ruby port wine 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon cardamom 3/4 cup sugar (or more, to taste) 1 jalapeno pepper (roasted and diced) 1 cup toasted walnuts or pecans Directions: Step 1) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
