Regarding bangers: It's a different breed of pig over here. Once you've had sausages made from the Gloucester Old Spot breed of pigs you'll never settle for anything else. British food isn't bland; it is simply not overly seasoned. The fresh cheeses, breads, and cuts of meat don't need a lot of seasoning. The pure flavor of the food is all that is necessary.   more ›
