Of all the Italian restaurants on the avenue, and there are some good ones, Sapori is far and away the best and most authentic. Franco is always mixing up the menu and challenging himself with new great dishes. They're simple and exciting, not safe and predictable.

This is hands down, the best restaurant in Collingswood. I have never had a bad meal, and the wait staff is fantastic. The Chef's daily specials are always something new and exotic, you can't go wrong eating here.
