The Perkins Center in Collingswood was opened in 2002 as a satellite facility for the Perkins Center for the Arts, based in Moorestown. The Collingswood location acts as a community center and offers visual art classes, music conservatory programs, a gallery of visual arts and music and theatrical events. Teen and adult classes are offered year-round and include drawing, painting, mosaics and paper-making as well as piano master classes and workshops. Admission is free for all public exhibitions, recitals and theater events. Discounts for classes are available with Perkins Center membership.
