Although Criniti's has been at its current location for only three years, the owner has been in the pasta-making business for 25 years. The spacious front half of this store is where the shopping happens, but the back half is where the magic happens. Criniti's array of pasta-making and deli equipment is as impressive as it is clean. The selection of homemade pasta and imported Italian meats and cheese (and sweets!) is excellent, and the spicy aroma that hits you upon entering will instantly set your stomach to grumbling. It also caters for any occasion.

Criniti's has the best pasta you would ever want to eat. I love Criniti's food. the owner is respectful and a wonderful person. I know him personally. He is part of our family. He makes his pasta homemade daily. His cheeses are the best, especially the mozzarella and his locatel (sp).
Try the pasta and everything else he has to offer in the store, You will not be disappointed.
