Jazz Singer Extraordinaire Miss Justine is Coming to Collingswood!

Jazz Bridge's popular First Thursdays, Neighborhood Concerts Series at the Collingswood Community Center Continues! Singer Miss Justine will be comign to town on Thursday, November 7!

Miss Justine has long personified just what jazz singing is all about, and remains one of the singular interpreters of song and an inspiration to many jazz vocalists in the region and beyond. Miss Justine, who will be accompanied by pianist Tom Lawton, bassist Lee Smith and drummer Jim Miller, has worked with dozens of jazz giants over the years, including Billy Eckstine, Shirley Scott, Kenny Barron, Lionel Hampton, Johnny Hartman and McCoy Tyner,. One music writer summed up Miss Justine's career thusly: "Justine is a beloved member of the Philadelphia jazz scene, and she keeps getting better and better."
