Down the Ben Franklin Parkway, through Center City and into Fairmount Park, more than 15,000 runners attacked the 13.1-mile Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon in Philadelphia Sunday, including 50 Collingswood locals.
42-year-old Rodney Russen posted the top time among those in the 08108, finishing in 1:31:23—good enough for 54 of 946 in his division, 448 out of 6,273 men in the competition, and 546 of the 15,116 who ran that day.
Behind him was 35-year-old Angelina Taulane, who wrapped the half-marathon in 1:38:21. Taulane ranked 36 among the 1,528 runners in her division, 240 of 8843 women in the race, and 1,075 out of 15,116 overall.

Congratulations to everyone who competed—including our own West Deptford Patch editor Bryan Littel, who posted a 1:40:35 time. Well done, Bryan!
