Student-Musicians Earn Conference Band Honors

Joseph and Rachel Freehling, Philip Treu and Sophia Oehlers successfully auditioned for the Olympic Conference Honors Band Jan. 13.

Last week, four Collingswood High School and middle school student-musicians passed their auditions for the 2013 Olympic Conference Honors Band.

High school clarinetists Joseph Freehling and Philip Treu and French horn player Rachel Freehling will represent CHS, and Sophia Oehlers of Collingswood Middle School was selected to first chair oboe.

The Olympic Conference Homors Band performs February 5 at Washington Township High School in Sewell.
