Police Searching for Lisa Fago, 24, of Erial

Fago, who was last seen Monday in Camden City, may have texted friends and family that she was abducted against her will and taken to New York City.

Camden City police are seeking any information in the disappearance of Lisa Fago, 24, of Erial, who was reported missing Saturday, Sept. 29.

Fago was last seen Sept. 24, near the 600 block of Mount Vernon Street in Camden. Her family told authorities they have received text messages from Fago, saying she had been abducted from Camden City and taken to New York City against her will.

Those close to Fago say the 24-year-old was captured in the city, near Kaighn Avenue, between 6th Street and Broadway. Authorities have not confirmed this information, and her whereabouts remained unknown late Saturday evening.

Fago is a white female with brown hair and blue eyes; 5 feet, 8 inches tall; and weighing 130 pounds.
