Police Blotter: Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Bicycle Theft

The following arrest information was supplied by the Collingswood Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following incidents are separate and unrelated, and reports for each case have been supplied by Collingswood Police Department.

 

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia—

At 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 14, officers were dispatched to the 900 block of Maple Avenue to investigate reports of an unconscious male occupying a minivan.

According to police reports, responding officers encountered the man, 30-year-old Collingswood man Eric J. Pauloski.

While speaking with Pauloski, police said they observed in plain view inside the vehicle a hypodermic syringe and packaging material commonly used for a controlled dangerous substance (CDS).

Police said Pauloski was advised he was being placed under arrest, and was transported to Collingswood police headquarters for processing.

According to reports, Pauloski was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic syringe.

Pauloski was issued motor vehicle summonses for having an unregistered vehicle and an uninsured motor vehicle, said police. 

After being served with his copies of the complaints, Pauloski was released on his own recognizance, said police, pending an appearance in at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 21.

 

Bicycle Theft—

Between the hours of 9 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 4 and 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 6, police said an unknown perpetrator removed a bicycle from a residence located at the 300 block of Park Avenue.

According to police reports, the victim has no idea who may be responsible for the theft.

Police said the stolen bicycle was described as an adult-style tricycle, and was valued at $100.
