Police Seek Suspect in Armed Robbery of Deli

The suspect entered the deli on March 21 and demanded money while waving a gun around. He stole $550 in cash.

Gloucester Township Police are searching for a suspect in an armed robbery at Jimmy’s Deli on New Brooklyn Road, police announced Wednesday morning.

On March 21, the suspect allegedly entered the store, approached the counter and pulled a handgun out of his right pocket with his right hand.

He allegedly yelled “Give me the money” at the clerk while waving the gun around. He left with $550 in cash, police said.

Prior to the robbery, he was seen standing on Plymouth Road next to the deli.

He is described as a white male between 6-feet-tall and 6’2”, between 150 and 175 pounds and wearing a green and black hooded “ski” jacket, jeans, dark shoes, and a black ski mask.
