Delays, Accidents in South Jersey Due to Flooding Thursday Morning

Flooding on several roads in South Jersey will make for a tough morning commute, according to 511nj.org:

* There's an Accident on NJ 70 eastbound ramp to southbound I-295 in Cherry Hill Twp. Partial ramp closed use caution.

* There are Delays on NJ 42 northbound from Exit 9A - CR 706/Coles Rd in Gloucester Twp to I-295 in Bellmawr delays due to volume.

* There are Delays on US 30 westbound from US 130/Collingswood Circle in Collingswood to Airport Circle/US 130/NJ 38 in Pennsauken Twp delays due to volume.

* There's an Accident on I-295 northbound Exit 22 - CR 642/Hessian Ave in West Deptford Twp. Partial ramp blocked use caution.

* There's an Accident and a Vehicle off the roadway on I-295 southbound Exit 26N - I-76/I-676 in Bellmawr 5-10 minute delay.

* There's Heavy traffic on NJ 55 northbound from Exit 58 - Deptford Center Rd to NJ 42 in Deptford Twp delays due to volume.

* There's Heavy traffic on NJ 42 northbound from Exit 12 - NJ 41 in Deptford Twp to I-295 in Bellmawr delays due to volume.

* There are Pockets of Volume on I-676 northbound from I-76 in Gloucester City to Ben Franklin Bridge in Camden.

* There's Heavy traffic on I-76 westbound from Exit 1A - NJ 42/I-295 in Bellmawr to Walt Whitman Bridge in Gloucester City delays due to volume.

* There are Pockets of Volume on I-295 southbound from Exit 32 - CR 561/Haddonfield Berlin Rd in Cherry Hill Twp to Exit 26S - NJ 42/I-76/I-676 in Bellmawr.

* There are Pockets of Volume on I-295 northbound from Exit 26N - I-76/I-676 in Bellmawr to Exit 32 - CR 561/Haddonfield Berlin Rd in Cherry Hill Twp.

* There's Flooding on US 130 in both directions north of NJ 168 in Camden. Right center lane closed use caution.

* There's Flooding on US 130 northbound NJ 70 in Pennsauken Twp. All lanes closed and detoured use caution.

* There's Flooding on NJ 44 in both directions at CR 643/Grove Av in West Deptford Twp. 1 lane may be closed use caution.

* There's Flooding on US 130 in both directions area of NJ 47 in Brooklawn. All lanes closed use caution.

* There's Flooding on US 130 in both directions CR 551 in Brooklawn. All lanes closed and detoured.

* There's Flooding on NJ 73 in both directions approaching CR 537/Main St in Maple Shade Twp. All lanes closed and detoured 10 minute delay, use caution.

* There's Flooding on US 130 in both directions South of NJ 413/Keim Blvd in Burlington Twp. 1 lane may be closed use caution.

* There's Flooding on NJ 73 in both directions Tacony-Palmyra Bridge in Palmyra. 1 to 2 lanes closed use caution.

* There's Flooding on NJ 73 in both directions from Remington Av to Hylton Rd in Pennsauken Twp. All lanes closed use caution.

* There's Flooding on US 30 in both directions from Airport Circle/US 130/NJ 38 in Pennsauken Twp to I-676/Ben Franklin Bridge in Camden. All lanes closed use caution.

The flood warning remains in effect for urban areas and small streams in Camden, Burlington and Gloucester counties through 12:15 p.m.

Minor flooding is occurring at Rancocas Creek in Pemberton, according to the National Weather Service. As of 3 a.m., the river was up to 2.7 feet. Flooding occurs at 2.5 feet.The river is expected to reach 3.1 feet around 8 p.m. Thursday night before it begins to recede.

Additionally, NJ Transit is offering system wide cross honoring on Thursday due to severe weather conditions.
