WATCH: Collingswood Schoolchildren Sing Songs of the Season

About 60-75 children from the Zane North and Thomas Sharp Elementary Schools gathered together at the steps of the Old Zane School to perform in public.

Downtown traffic in Collingswood got a sprinkling of seasonal cheer on Monday afternoon, as the voices of borough children filled the air with holiday music.

The annual tradition brings students from each of the borough elementary schools out for a turn, and on Monday, it was the combined forces of kids from Thomas Sharp and Zane North.

Let by music teacher Bryan Gross, the group performed in the cold in front of a supportive audience of parents and siblings for about an hour. Then they walked back to their respective schools, where the PTAs had hot chocolate waiting.
