Monthly meeting of the Horticultural Society of South Jersey presents:
Herb Container Gardening Workshop
For people who want fresh herbs all summer long, but don't have the space to plant them in the ground, containers can be the answer. Culinary herbs can be grouped together in a large pot situated in a sunny spot just outside the kitchen door where they can be conveniently clipped and added to your favorite recipes. This hands on workshop will demonstrate how to build a container herb garden. Bring a container, potting soil, plants of herbs you like to use in your kitchen, and tools.
Kathleen Harvey is the owner of Plant Artistry, LLC, a horticulture business that helps clients with personalized services for landscaping, curb appeal, interior displays, plant sales, and horticultural coaching.
