1. April Fool's Fundraiser 

Monday, April 1—The Tortilla Press

Dine out at either Tortilla Press location (Collingswood or Pennsauken), and 25 percent of your bill will be donated to the Camden Children’s Garden Legal Fund. (For more information about the Children's Garden read our story here.)

2. Borough Commissioners Meeting

Monday, April 1 at 7 p.m.—Collingswood Community Center

The regular monthly meeting of borough leadership will be the next-to-last before the commissioners election in May—so don't miss it.

3. Tiny Tot Story Time Registration

Friday, April 5 at 9:30 a.m.—Collingswood Public Library

"Call Carol or Dot at 856.858.0649 to register your little one (18 to 35 months) for storytime. Choose either Wednesdays (April 10, 17, and 24) OR Fridays (April 12, 19 and 26).

"Both sessions begin at 10 am and last one hour. This program is limited to 12 children and includes simple stories, finger plays, songs, and playtime."

4. Phillies Home Opener Celebration

Friday, April 5 at 3:30 p.m.—Collingswood Manor. $10.

"Community guests are welcome to join us to watch the game and share dinner.  Beginning at 3:30PM baseball trivia, followed by dinner and the game at 4:00PM. 

Menu includes:

• hot dogs with all the fixings
• chicken cheesesteak sandwiches with fried onions
• crab fries with or without cheese
• coleslaw
• O'Douls, lemonade and rootbeer floats!
