Attorney Annie M. Kelley Joins Flaster/Greenberg PC

Flaster/Greenberg announced today that Joanne “Annie” M. Kelley has joined the firm as an associate in the Litigation Department. Kelley, who will work in Flaster/Greenberg’s Philadelphia office, will focus her practice on commercial litigation.

 

Prior to joining Flaster/Greenberg, Kelley worked as a law clerk for The Honorable Albert John Snite, Jr. in the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania, Court of Common Pleas, where she worked on a variety of commercial litigation issues, with an emphasis on insurance coverage, construction contracts, liability issues, and corporate disputes.

Kelley earned her J.D. from William & Mary School of Law in 2012.  While there, she served as senior article editor of the William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal. She graduated from Villanova University in 2007, cum laude, where she received her B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Business. Kelley is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
