You Said It: West Side Gravy's Restaurant Week Turnout

As restaurant week ends, West Side Gravy's manager discusses how the restaurant fared as a participant this year.

A Taste of Collingswood Restaurant Week—which ran from March 20 to March 25—has ended, and local restaurant managers and owners discuss business generated by this year's event.

West Side Gravy (WSG) manager Janine Bradley said the restaurant experienced its first full restaurant week this year. WSG opened last year just as the event was ending, and participated by offering limited specials.

But Bradley said getting to participate in 2011's entire week proved beneficial, as a good number of diners stopped in to sample WSG's home-style American comfort food.
