Haddonfield resident Chris Thomas will open Welcome Market in the old Woolworth's building, according to the report. The market combines the experience of a grocery store with foods prepared by chefs and cafe seating, according to the report.
The building was most recently home to Benny's Burger Joint, which closed in January.
