Seeking a “self-starting” carpenter skilled in residential and commercial construction, remodeling, new construction, repair and maintenance, millwork installation, and light masonry. Tools and own transportation required; must submit to drug screening. Full- and part-time hours available.

Handyman
Experienced handyman “particularly good at finish work” wanted part-time for mostly apartment rehab jobs—painting, wall patching, fixture upgrades, floor refinishing—and work in older homes.
