The remnants of former Hurricane Issac will be influencing our weather for the next two days. This means that humidity will be very high and there will be a lot of heavy rain around the Delaware Valley. The only completely dry day this week will likely be Friday, although Thursday shouldn't be too bad, before the rain threat returns to the forecast for the weekend.
Today, September 4th, will feature gray skies with rain and thunder. The rain will be heavy at times, so watch out for flooding. It will be very humid with a high in the low 80s.
Wednesday, September 5th, will feature overcast skies with scattered showers and thunderstorms. The morning will likely be wetter than the afternoon, but keep an eye to the sky at any time during the day. It will remain very humid with a high of 85.

A stationary front will park itself somewhere near the Delaware Valley on Thursday, September 6th, so there is the possibility for a few showers or thunderstorms to develop. Otherwise, it will be a humid day with a mix of sun and clouds. The high will be in the upper 80s, making it the warmest day of this week.
The front should move away as a cold front on Friday, September 7th, allowing the humidity to drop and skies to become mostly sunny. The high will be around 85.

A low pressure system with its associated cold front will be approaching the Delaware Valley for the weekend. Saturday, September 8th, will feature a mix of sun and clouds with a few showers and thunderstorms. The high will be in the low 80s.
Sunday, September 9th, will be mostly cloudy with scattered thunderstorms and a high of 80 degrees. As of now, I don't see either day of the weekend being a complete wash-out, but Sunday will probably end up as the wetter day.
With low pressure still nearby to start the new work week, Monday, September 10th, will also be mostly cloudy with another round of scattered thunderstorms. The high will be near 80 degrees.
