The winter storm that hit the region Monday morning has resulted in a number of cars going off the road in Gloucester County, emergency construction in Cherry Hill and speed restrictions on local bridges, according to 511nj.org.
The speed limit is 35 miles an hour on the Walt Whitman Bridge in both directions between Gloucester City and Philadelphia due to road conditions. It is also 35 miles an hour on the Commodore Barry Bridge between Logan Township and Chester; on the Betsy Ross Bridge between Pennsauken and Philadelphia; and on the Ben Franklin Bridge between Camden and Philadelphia, due to weather.
On I-295 west in the area of Route 70 in Cherry Hill, electrical repairs and emergency construction are taking place at this time.
Vehicles have been reported off I-295 in Logan Township and Greenwich, at exits 17 and 11, respectively.
