This week: a school board meeting, PFLAG gathering, GMO-free cookie swap, women's club meeting, and the soft launch of Collingswood's newest restaurant.

1. Collingswood School Board Meeting

Monday, Dec. 17 at 7 p.m.—Zane North School All-Purpose Room

This month's meeting is a week ahead of schedule to accommodate the winter break; likewise, next month's meeting will be held January 7.

2. PFLAG Collingswood

4. Soft Launch of Akira Hibachi

Wednesday, Dec. 19 from 1 to 3 p.m.—720 Haddon Ave.
