Lourdes Makes Appointments to its Health Foundation Board

Lourdes Health System has made the following appointments to its Health Foundation Board:

  • Rev. Dr. Robin B. Weinstein, Ed.D., SPHR, of Bridgeton, NJ, has been appointed to the Fundraising Committee of the Lourdes Health Foundation. Rev. Dr. Weinstein is a professor at Wilmington University – College of Business, where he is the chair of the Human Resource Management Program. Additionally, he is the Senior Pastor of Bethany Grace Community Church in Bridgeton, NJ. Rev. Dr. Weinstein is also an independent organizational development/human resources consultant. He has served on the boards of Rivergate Academy Charter School, Eastern University Academy Charter School, New Hope Counseling, and United Way of Salem County. He is also a member of the Bridgeton Rotary Lunch Club.
  • Martina Wilson-Farmer, of Woolwich Township, NJ, has been appointed to the Finance Committee of the Lourdes Health Foundation. Wilson-Farmer is a vice president at PNC Wealth Management. She is a certified financial planner with 20 years of experience in banking and financial services. Farmer-Wilson currently serves as treasurer, PNC African-American Employee Resource Group. She also served as a committee member of the Financial Planning Association – Philadelphia Tri-State area; the Philadelphia Estate Planning Counsel; and Richardson Avenue School in Swedesboro, NJ. Wilson-Farmer is an adjunct professor with the department of Economics and Business Administration at Lincoln University.
  • Leonard Wood, Esq., of Voorhees, NJ, has been appointed as a member of the Health Foundation Board. Wood is the managing member of Wade, Long, Wood and Kennedy, LLC, a law firm located in Gloucester Township. He is a volunteer pro bono attorney for Camden County Legal Services, and was honored with the Legal Services of New Jersey Equal Justice Medal in 2004. Additionally, Wood is vice chairman of the Alicia Rose Victorious Foundation Board of Trustees, and chairman of the New Jersey Sons of Italy Foundation. He also served Merchantville Country Club for 13 years as a board member then solicitor.  He is also a member of the Camden Catholic High School Board of Trustees.
  • Stradley Ronon partner Michael Bonner has been appointed to the Health Foundation Board within Lourdes Health System. Bonner, a member of Stradley Ronon’s Finance & Restructuring practice group, represents banks, commercial finance companies and other lenders in commercial loan transactions and advises clients on asset-based financing, acquisition financing, second lien financing, debtor-in-position financing, exit financing, general commercial financing and workouts. He is a former member of the Board of Trustees of Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, currently serves on the Hospital’s Audit and Ethics Committee and is the Chairman of the Hospital’s Charity Golf Outing. He also advises clients on mergers & acquisitions and private equity-related transactions.
