Buddhist meditation classes starting in Collingswood!

Interested in meditation and/or Buddhism?  Come check out our series of meditation classes on stress relief at the Collingswood Community Center.  Everyone is welcome.  Drop into any class.

Current series: Using Meditation to Relieve Stress

Feb. 12 – Understanding the Causes of Stress
Feb. 19  – Creating a Healthy Environment through Meditation
Feb. 26 – You Can’t Always Get What You Want
March 5 – Learning to Let Go Through Wisdom

$10 per class.

These classes are taught by Gen Tenzin, Buddhist monk and Resident Teacher of Amitayus Kadampa Buddhist Center in Philadelphia.  Each class takes place from 7:00-8:00pm on Wednesday evenings, starting on February 12th.  Classes are held in the Living Room.
