Get ready to "Put on a Happy Face" as Collingswood High School presents Bye Bye Birdie. The story revolves around rock ‘n’ roll superstar, Conrad Birdie played by Sam Sobel, who is drafted into the army and the complications that ensue when, as part of one last publicity stunt, he promises to give "One Last Kiss" to one lucky girl from Sweet Apple, Ohio. Also starring in this production are Alex Herzog as Albert Peterson, Julia Nigro as Rosie Alvarez, Olivia Micale as Kim MacAfee, Griffin Maylath as Mr. MacAfee, Hayley Schofield as Mrs. MacAfee, Abby Schreiber as Mrs. Peterson, and Jared Downing as Hugo.
The show is being held at the Collingswood Middle School Auditorium at 7:30 PM on March 21, 22, and 23, with a matinee on March 23 at 1:00 PM. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students and seniors (over 60). Seniors admitted free on Thursday, March 21.
