A warm front off the East Coast could throw some showers into the Delaware Valley today, October 8th. We'll start with some sun and the coolest morning low temperatures since April, but our threat for showers will increase through the day. Our best chance for showers will be tonight. Temperatures will remain on the cool side, in the upper 50s, this afternoon.

With the warm front still off the coast on Tuesday, October 9th, a leftover shower can't be ruled out. Otherwise, look for a mix of sun and clouds. It will be a milder day with temperatures reaching the low 60s.

Warmer air will move in for Wednesday, October 10th, out ahead of a cold front approaching from the west. Sun will give way to increasing clouds and we'll have the risk for a shower late in the day. The high temperature will be around 70 degrees.

Behind the cold front will be cooler air for Thursday, October 11th. However, high pressure will build in and yield a mostly sunny day. The high temperature will be in the low 60s.

Another cold front will be on our doorstep on Friday, October 12th. Our weather will depend on the timing of the front. If the cold front comes through in the morning, temperatures will hold near 60 with showers. If it comes through later in the day, temperatures will warm well into the 60s with the showers holding off a bit. Either way, it looks like showers will be possible at some point on Friday.

High pressure will take over for Saturday, October 13th. The first half of the weekend will feature a mix of sun and clouds with a high temperature in the low 60s.

A warm front will move through on Saturday night, bringing in much warmer air for Sunday, October 14th. Unfortunately, along with the warmer air will be rain. Right now, it looks like a widespread rain could be possible for the second half of the weekend. However, this is still about a week away and things could certainly change, so don't cancel or change any weekend plans just yet.
