A 21-year-old Collingswood woman was killed in a murder-suicide in Philadelphia on Wednesday, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer.

Authorities identified Michelle Johnson as the victim in the July 18 shooting. According to reports, Johnson was killed by a man, who police have not identified. He was in the Coast Guard and officials investigated his whereabouts after he failed to show up for duty yesterday.

Both Johnson and the man were shot in the head in a South Philadelphia apartment, the Inquirer reported.
