Haddon Twp. Man Arrested for Possession of CDS

Collingswood Police say Dwayne Hird, 33, was traveling with what they believe was crack-cocaine.

A vehicle stop on the White Horse Pike led Collingswood police to another drug arrest earlier this month.

At 12:45 p.m. on Feb. 3, police pulled over Dwayne Hird, 33, of Haddon Township, for alleged motor vehicle violations in the 100 block of the White Horse Pike.

In the course of their interaction with Hird, police allege he possessed what they believed to be crack-cocaine and related paraphernalia.

Hird was charged with possession of a controlled, dangerous substance (CDS) and possession of paraphernalia, as well as an assortment of motor vehicle infractions. He was remanded to the Camden County correctional facility on $2,200 full-cash bail.
