Design firm Kitchen & Associates is looking for an Energy Efficiency Analyst/Modeler. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to generate energy models for LEED and HERS; complete LEED template submissions; review plans, schedules, and controls design documentation and installation; interact with multiple building design and construction professionals; and author reports and studies; conduct blower door, duct blaster, combustion safety and CAE tests; conduct visual and site audits.

The ideal candidate will also have demonstrated interpersonal skills through experience interfacing with clients, engineers, architects and others of varying technical abilities, and must be able to work effectively within a team environment.
