No one is going to work as a assistant pre-school teacher for that kind of pay. Sure, lets just go work around all kinds of kids that know nothing about sanitation yet, with no health insurance, for a $1.25 above minimum wage. You guys must be out of your minds.

Actually, Gabe, you'd be surprised. With so few jobs out there, employers can get away with a lot more these days, including paying paltry wages. I was just talking with someone yesterday who is making $9.00 an hour and is the manager of a store. It's sad but it's the reality of today's job market. Employers have the upper hand and workers desperate for jobs will take what they can get.

Exactly Robb. There are approximately 22-25 million people in this country needing full time work that do not have it. People will take anything once they get desperate enough, including jobs that are not full time, having no benefits, having no perks like company cars, laptops, cell phones, expenses, 401k etc, all in the name of just to keep their sanity.
Current employers do not care about their employees, they will run them into the ground and spit them out, they will have people work for less pay and double their duties, and then lay them off or fire them once they can get someone else to double up the work load again. There is no loyalty or respect. People are disposable...it's sad, but true and it's the way it is.
